Notes on using repeaters: In light of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 19 August 2011 (Journal of Laws No. 188, item 1122), effective from 13 March 2012, any person using a GSM booster who is not a telecommunications entrepreneur holding a nationwide reservation of frequencies used to provide services via base stations must obtain a radio permit. In practice, cheaper repeaters without the AGC ALC function emit signal and interfere with neighboring bands, sometimes attracting the attention of operators, which leads to the need to obtain a permit. From the operators' point of view, HiBoost is harmless and meets the permit requirements.
