4-channel Transformer with surge protection HD LHD-4-EXT-FPS

LHD-4-EXT-FPS is a complete connection system for HD-CCTV surveillance devices. It facilitates the installation and connection of cables between AHD, HD-CVI and Turbo HD cameras and digital recorders, providing a high-quality connection, power distribution, and surge protection.

Connection panel - contains a universal connection system for coaxial cables and for UTP twisted pair (with a built-in transformer). Each channel can be configured for a coaxial cable or for a UTP twisted pair.

UTP converter (transformer) - after configuring any channel for connecting a UTP twisted pair, a choke is connected, converting the impedance of the UTP cable to the impedance of the coaxial cable. The converter is a passive device, compatible with all available HD formats - AHD, HD-CVI and HD-TVI (Turbo HD). The device operates bidirectionally and can be used on the transmitting side as well as on the receiving side - it is also compatible with all UTP converters for HD-CCTV television manufactured by Ewimar.

Surge protection system - Contains 3 protection stages that protect cameras and recorders against the effects of atmospheric discharges. The protection effectiveness is up to 2~4kA for surges relative to earth and up to 100A between individual wire cores. It is recommended for end devices (cameras) installed outside buildings when using overhead lines. Particularly recommended when cameras are installed on metal poles, masts, or towers.
