19 August 2011 (Journal of Laws No. 188 item 1122), in force from 13 March 2012,

holding a nationwide reservation of frequencies
used for the provision of services through base stations must
obtain a radio permit. In practice, cheaper repeaters without the AGC ALC
function spray the signal and interfere with adjacent bands, sometimes causing
interest from operators, which leads to the need to obtain a permit. From the
operators' point of view, Sunhans is harmless and meets the requirements regarding
the permit.
